Requirements

  • â—ŹAt least 3 years designing and managing taxonomies thesauri and or ontologies
  • â—ŹExpertise in knowledge engineering knowledge representation and ontology development
  • â—ŹExperience in the use of generative AI and LLMs in complex scientific domains
  • â—ŹExpertise in the FAIR Data Principles and the Semantic Web technology stack (SCHACL RDF RDF* OWL etc.)
  • â—ŹExperience using semantic standards like RDF OWL SKOS and SPARQL
  • â—ŹProgramming experience such as Java C/C++ Python
  • â—ŹExperience or knowledge in data modeling NLP pattern recognition and knowledge graphs
  • â—ŹExperience in natural language processing tools and platforms such as spaCy and computational linguistics considered an advantage
  • â—ŹKnowledge of cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
  • â—ŹExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • â—ŹUnderstanding of web technologies HTML CSS JavaScript
  • â—ŹBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Information Science Knowledge Management Library Science Data Science or related field
