- āProven ability to own performance metrics and drive measurable fraud reduction or efficiency improvements
- āHighly analytical with ability to identify suspicious patterns, anomalies, and trends in complex datasets
- āProficient in SQL and experienced in working with large volumes of transactional data
- āExperience analyzing data and presenting results via dashboards and reports
- āAbility to translate analytical findings into practical actions and control improvements
- āAbility to work independently and take ownership where expertise is needed
- āStrong collaboration skills across teams, functions, and cultures

Responsibilities
- āAnalyze payment traffic and large-scale transactional data to identify fraud patterns, schemes, anomalies, and emerging risks
- āInvestigate suspicious activity and confirmed fraud cases to determine attack vectors and root causes
- āContinuously monitor fraud performance metrics to detect shifts in fraud behavior and control effectiveness
- āDesign, implement, adjust, and monitor rule-based fraud controls, thresholds, and escalation logic
- āEvaluate rule effectiveness, identify false positives and false negatives, and propose data-driven optimizations
- āReview and implement changes to risk controls in coordination with the Fraud team
- āParticipate in the operation, development, and modernization of the internal antifraud system
- āAutomate anomaly detection to reduce manual investigation effort through smarter analytics
- āDevelop and optimize fraud detection tools based on analytical findings
- āBuild and maintain analytical reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external partners
- āTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support fraud prevention and business decision-making
- āOwn fraud-related performance metrics and drive measurable improvements in fraud prevention efficiency
- āStay up to date with fraud trends, techniques, and industry developments
- āContribute to drafting and refining fraud-related policies, procedures, and risk documentation
- āPartner with Compliance, Product, Risk, and Transaction Monitoring to align mitigation strategies and regulatory requirements
