Requirements

- āHands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper for marketing applications
- āProficiency with Clay or similar data enrichment and automation platforms or strong technical ability to learn quickly
- āExperience building workflow automation logic and system architecture, partnering with ops teams for technical implementation
- āProven track record of using data to discover patterns and build automated marketing responses
- āDeep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, especially in complex enterprise sales cycles (3-9 months)
- āExperience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms (workflows, lead scoring, segmentation)
- āExperience partnering with paid advertising agencies or consultants on strategy development
- āStrong analytical skills and ability to use data insights to optimize marketing programs
- āRevenue-focused approach that connects marketing activities to pipeline and closed-won metrics
