You will join an intense, in‑office three month residency where you work directly on live trading infrastructure and AI driven strategies. Requirements

●Strong CS foundations including data structures and algorithms
●Knowledge of distributed systems and messaging patterns

●Understanding of trading architecture including orders, fills, and P&L
●Willingness to work full time in-office with intensive hours (Sunday–Thursday and additional hours when required)

Responsibilities

●Work on live trading infrastructure and production code
●Ship tested features and infrastructure into production
●Design, implement, and test data pipelines and backtesting tools
●Implement and maintain risk checks and execution safeguards
●Profile and optimize systems for latency and throughput
●Operate on-call and respond to incidents
●Own a system end-to-end and drive its improvements
●Spec changes and coordinate with teammates to deliver work
