Requirements
- ā4ā7+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking
- āDemonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, GPT, Gemini) to automate or accelerate financial analysis workflows as an operational layer
- āAdvanced financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets with ability to build dynamic, scenario-driven models from scratch
- āExceptional communication skills with ability to write board narratives and present to senior executives
- āHighly organized and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- āUnderstanding of Bitcoin fundamentals and cryptocurrency markets
- āExperience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) or LLM API integration
- āFamiliarity with SQL or Python for validating AI-generated outputs
- āExperience with ERP or BI platforms such as NetSuite, Looker, or Tableau
- āCFA or MBA (preferred)
- āBackground in Bitcoin, crypto, or high-growth fintech (preferred)
- āExperience at a startup (preferred)
Responsibilities
- āLead rolling forecasts, annual planning, and scenario modeling across Consumer Products and Enterprise Solutions
- āBuild and maintain financial models for fundraising, M&A evaluation, and strategic decision-making
- āOwn board materials and investor reporting, translating unit economics, KPIs, and Bitcoin-native metrics into clear narratives
- āDrive monthly business reviews with the executive team and connect Finance with Product, Engineering, and Business Development
- āDesign and deploy AI-assisted workflows that automate recurring FP&A processes such as variance analysis, forecast refreshes, and reporting packages
- āIdentify where LLMs can replace low-value analytical labor and build infrastructure to operationalize those solutions
- āPartner with business unit leaders to analyze ROI on infrastructure investments and new product initiatives
- āDevelop pricing frameworks for crypto services, custody solutions, and consumer hardware
- āTranslate on-chain data alongside traditional financials into insights that drive operating decisions
