Requirements

- āWorking knowledge of AML requirements, sanctions, and consumer risks; familiarity applying compliance frameworks to crypto assets and products
- āExcellent judgment and analytical capacity to research complex multi-jurisdictional laws and provide concise recommendations
- āVery good understanding of AML and sanctions programs and applicable legislation across jurisdictions
- āGood understanding of global securities law and ability to research legislation for licence applications
- āSelf-motivated, critical and analytical thinker; adept at working independently and remotely
