Job Title: Onboarding Product Manager

** Location**: Remote, based in NYC. Must be able to travel to Manhattan on regular basis.

A fast-growing financial technology company providing infrastructure and services for alternative investment funds, with a strong focus on innovation across digital assets and modern fund structures

** Compensation Expectati**on: $120-140k DOE

** The Role**

We are seeking an Onboarding Product Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end investor onboarding experience across a growing portfolio of investment opportunities. This role focuses on simplifying complex onboarding workflows, improving conversion, and delivering intuitive user experiences.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to continuously improve the investor journey.

What You'll Do as an Onboarding Product Manager

Own the end-to-end investor onboarding experience from account creation through successful investment
Design and optimize onboarding flows that improve usability, investor confidence, and completion rates
Define product requirements for funding methods, document execution, investor communications, and onboarding workflows
Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver product enhancements
Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support, and business teams to improve the investor experience
Integrate blockchain wallet functionality into familiar fintech onboarding experiences
Analyze onboarding metrics and user behavior to drive improvements
Evaluate onboarding scenarios to identify friction points
Balance issuer requirements with a consistent, scalable user experience
Serve as the voice of the customer using feedback and analytics

Qualifications**

You could be a great fit if you have:
3–5+ years of product management experience supporting B2C or B2B2C digital products
Experience in fintech, wealth management, capital markets, or digital assets
Strong understanding of U.S. financial services and investor onboarding
Working knowledge of blockchain technology, crypto wallets, and digital payments
Experience improving customer journeys through UX enhancements and analytics
Experience collaborating across engineering, design, and operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills**

Experience with KYC/KYB workflows
Knowledge of A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and funnel optimization
Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure and wallet integrations
Experience leveraging AI tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
