Requirements
- āSolid working knowledge of Czech labour law and practical HR administration
- āSuccessfully run recruitment processes from initial brief through signed offer
- āHighly organised and able to manage multiple parallel priorities without losing attention to detail
- āComfortable working independently and making decisions without heavy structure around you
- āGenuinely care about people and know how to balance empathy with sound judgement
- āCommunicate confidently in both Czech and English
- āBased in Prague and open to come to the office on regular basis
- āExperience in start up environment
- āExperience building or improving HR processes from scratch
- āFamiliarity with ATS or modern HR tooling
- āExperience with employer branding internal communications or culture building
- āUnderstanding of compliance driven training requirements in regulated businesses
