Requirements

  • ā—Build and optimise onboarding benefits and compliance processes
  • ā—Manage international employment setup including hiring payroll and legal compliance across jurisdictions
  • ā—Own people systems strategy and lead operations to deliver reliable HR data and scalable processes
  • ā—Lead compensation benchmarking and rewards strategy
  • ā—Maintain compliance with employment law and GDPR across all jurisdictions
