Requirements
- ●Demonstrable sales experience in financial services, preferably payments
- ●Interest in financial services or crypto and 2+ years of relevant experience

- ●Experience with Google Suite for creating and presenting documents and slides
- ●Analytical thinking, problem-solving, process development and task planning skills
- ●Outstanding communication, attention to detail and time management skills
- ●Proven ability to remain professional and polite when dealing with customers and colleagues
- ●Willingness to go the extra mile to provide world class service
- ●Knowledge and understanding of cryptocurrency and the crypto market
- ●Adaptability and willingness to support the wider team
- ●Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- ●Build an outbound pipeline, identify key strategic prospects, and sell BCB’s suite of products and services
- ●Build relationships and act as primary contact with senior client stakeholders such as Chief Financial Officer, C-Suite and decision makers
- ●Manage day-to-day relationships with new clients as the primary escalation contact
- ●Ensure prospects and clients are kept up to date on product enhancements and developments
- ●Gather product feedback, identify trends, communicate findings to product teams and manage client expectations on ETAs
- ●Support onboarding as an additional contact and oversee client key deadlines
- ●Host client events with the wider sales team and liaise with internal senior management
- ●Maintain HubSpot data to support data insights and reporting to ExCo
- ●Produce sales and client insights and reports from HubSpot and other systems as required
- ●Collaborate with all teams impacting the sales and client experience
