Key Responsibilities

1) IT project operation and progress management (large corporate customer project) • WBS-based milestone management and practical task (Jira) implementation • Support for the preparation of client company weekly reports and key consultation documents • Project issue/risk monitoring and internal sharing • Participation in national research and development (R&D) and commercialization projects

2) Practical work on writing a new national project proposal (business plan) (collaboration with planning staff and development team) • Management of task administrative process (agreement, organization of output, management of settlement certificate, etc.) • Management of task performance indicators and collection of annual/final report data

Requirements

1) IT project PM/PMO or 5 to 10 years of related work experience • A person who understands the flow of a project from start to finish. • A person with the ability to communicate smoothly with customers and internal related departments

2) Experience in carrying out national projects or government-supported projects (at least one required) • Person with direct experience in writing assignment proposals or administrative processing processes • A person with the patience to meticulously follow the difficult administrative procedures of government departments

3) Competency in writing working documents (PPT, Excel) A person who is skilled in organizing reports and data and aims for clean document quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in participating in new technology projects such as blockchain and cloud • Those who have experience applying collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence in practice • Those who have the tendency to complete tasks on their own initiative • Those who have a passion for leading the entire process of tasks of major ministries such as the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy
