At BTSE Payment Solutions, Customer Success sits at the nexus of our sales, product, and marketing teams helping to drive company growth and define the future of digital finance. Just like Lego blocks, what our customers build with Payment Solutions is much more than the sum of its parts. No team knows this better than our Account Managers, who act as consultative business partners to our largest customers, serving as a bridge between their needs and our product.

As an Account Sales on the Payment team, you will work closely with our largest clients. Each client has unique needs and you will act as a trusted business advisor, helping them effectively leverage our product to drive impact in mission-critical areas of their organization and transform the way they engage with traders.

Responsibilities:

As a Lead of Account Sales, you’ll be the point-person responsible for a portfolio of our largest strategic customers.

Sales Infrastructure Design: Build the foundational sales machine from scratch, including the definition of the sales cycle and merchant qualification criteria.

Strategy & P&L Management: Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Payment Solution business, taking full ownership of revenue growth, market expansion, and sales cost efficiency.

Team Leadership & Recruitment: Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing Account Sales team, establishing clear KPI frameworks and a culture of accountability.

Enterprise Negotiations: Personally lead complex commercial negotiations and pricing decisions for the portfolio’s largest strategic merchants and partners.

Data Management & Visibility: Establish systematic tracking for client information to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility.

Requirements:

Leadership Experience: 5+ years in B2B technology sales or account management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role within the Payment or Fintech industry.

Builder Mindset: Proven track record of building sales processes, reporting structures, and organizational frameworks from the ground up.

Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the global payment ecosystem or fintech, including merchant acquiring, payment gateways, and settlement flows.

Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers.

Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills to interpret transaction data and market trends into actionable sales strategies.
