Requirements
- ●10+ years of experience in fintech payments FX or digital assets
- ●Proven track record leading institutional sales teams and scaling TPV
- ●Strong network across OTC desks exchanges PSPs and financial institutions
- ●Deep understanding of cross border settlement stablecoins and liquidity management
- ●Strong leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- ●Fluent in English with additional Asian languages a plus
