Responsibilities

- āEnsure customers fully utilize features to maximize value and retention
- āConduct regular check-in and strategic account meetings
- āMonitor and enhance product utilization using reporting and dashboards
- āConduct quarterly business reviews
- āManage client issues and escalations to drive satisfaction
- āAdvocate for clients across internal departments
- āRepresent resources through conferences and industry networking
