Requirements
- āA technical degree in information technology or equivalent certifications and job experience
- ā5+ years of experience in a critical infrastructure environment
- āComfortable working with a team of technicians in a 24x7 operating environment
- āExperience with electrical troubleshooting HVAC plumbing construction security and fire protection are preferred
- āExperience with IT infrastructure maintenance is desired but can be acquired
Responsibilities
- āOversee all personnel at the facilities including hiring discipline and assessment and implement company policies and procedures.
- āEnsure facility performance with emphasis on uptime and production.
- āManage maintenance construction repair and refurbishment operations of one or more facilities or properties.
- āImplement policies and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of buildings grounds and equipment.
- āMonitor daily building operations of mechanical electrical plumbing HVAC safety and waste management for reliability.
- āTrack work orders for quality adherence to service standards and budgeted guidelines.
- āObtain and maintain certification to operate equipment such as forklifts and personal lifts.
- āCommunicate effectively with interdepartmental staff.
- āManage relationships with third party partners and vendors for day to day operations.
- āProtect sensitive and confidential information about the company and its clients partners and vendors.
- āRegularly use ladders step stools power tools and hand tools.
- āUse internal software to track record communicate diagnose and operate hardware or client owned hardware.
- āPerform basic network troubleshooting management and installation.
- āLift up to 55lbs moving miners and other equipment used to service miners.
- āOperate electrical breakers up to 480V.
- āPerform other duties as assigned.
