At BTSE Payment Solutions, Customer Success sits at the nexus of our sales, product, and marketing teams helping to drive company growth and define the future of digital finance. Just like Lego blocks, what our customers build with Payment Solutions is much more than the sum of its parts. No team knows this better than our Account Managers, who act as consultative business partners to our largest customers, serving as a bridge between their needs and our product.

As an Account Sales on the Payment team, you will work closely with our largest clients. Each client has unique needs and you will act as a trusted business advisor, helping them effectively leverage our product to drive impact in mission-critical areas of their organization and transform the way they engage with traders.

Responsibilities:

As a Strategic Account Sales representative, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our largest strategic customers.

New Merchant Acquisition: Drive full-cycle business development for strategic high-volume merchants, from lead qualification to final contract signing.

Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive expansion and upsell opportunities, ensuring a Net Revenue Retention rate meets the KPI.

Strategic Relationship Management: Conduct regular Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) with Tier 1-2 customers to align our payment solutions with their evolving priorities.

Market Intelligence: Collect and relay competitive market feedback and merchant needs to the product team to influence the future roadmap.

Meticulous Data Stewardship: Maintain high-quality records of merchant interactions and pipeline progress within current tracking tools.

Requirements:

Relevant Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales or account management with success in delivering value to complex enterprise clients, 2+ years of experience in the Payment or Fintech industry is preferred.

Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of multi-currency payment flows, transaction fees, and aggregated payment models.

Consultative Approach: Ability to navigate client needs across industries and distill technical concepts into simple business solutions.

Resourceful Problem Solver: A proactive mindset to address operational issues and improve team workflows in an early-stage environment.

Data Discipline: High attention to detail regarding client data accuracy and reporting (strong proficiency with Google Workspace/Forms preferred).
