Requirements
- āCollege degree
- ā1-3 years of AML, sanctions, or testing experience
- āEntry-level experience with third-party automated screening tools
- āFamiliarity with Google Suite products
- āFamiliarity with Microsoft Suite products
- āStrong time management skills
- āStrong verbal and written communication skills
- āStrong interpersonal skills to work across regions and business units
- āAbility to work in a changing industry and adapt to shifting demands
- āOrganizational skills
- āCrypto experience a plus
- āCAMS or CGSS certification a plus
- āExperience with MSBs a plus
Responsibilities
- āAdhere to applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and company policies
- āMaintain an understanding of global sanctions regulations
- āExecute daily duties related to global sanctions programs
- āPerform initial alert adjudication and investigations from automated screening tools
- āEscalate alerts and complex cases to Level 2 analysts as needed
- āIdentify and escalate issues impacting alert quality
- āTake appropriate action on accounts that match sanctioned individuals or entities
- āCollaborate with teams to develop effective testing strategies
- āFollow up with appropriate channels when problems are found
- āPropose and discuss solutions with management
- āAssist in automating compliance processes and improving internal workflows
- āSupport creation of training materials and operating procedures
- āContribute to a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- āPerform other ad hoc duties as assigned
