Requirements

  • ā—College degree
  • ā—1-3 years of AML, sanctions, or testing experience

  • ā—Strong time management skills
  • ā—Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • ā—Adhere to applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and company policies
  • ā—Maintain an understanding of global sanctions regulations
  • ā—Execute daily duties related to global sanctions programs
  • ā—Perform initial alert adjudication and investigations from automated screening tools
  • ā—Escalate alerts and complex cases to Level 2 analysts as needed
  • ā—Identify and escalate issues impacting alert quality
  • ā—Take appropriate action on accounts that match sanctioned individuals or entities
  • ā—Collaborate with teams to develop effective testing strategies
  • ā—Follow up with appropriate channels when problems are found
  • ā—Propose and discuss solutions with management
  • ā—Assist in automating compliance processes and improving internal workflows
  • ā—Support creation of training materials and operating procedures
  • ā—Contribute to a team-oriented and collaborative environment
  • ā—Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
