Requirements

  • ā—Minimum of 4+ years experience in Product Management
  • ā—Strong background building API-based products
  • ā—Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals including wallet architecture, transaction construction, and signing models (MPC, HSM, multi-sig)
  • ā—Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executive management
  • ā—Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
  • ā—Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ā—Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
  • ā—Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including ability to write SQL queries and analyze data
  • ā—Preferred: Experience building institutional custody, wallet, or staking products
  • ā—Preferred: Familiarity with EVM and non-EVM chain integrations
  • ā—Preferred: Prior experience in a software engineering or sales engineering-like role

Responsibilities

  • ā—Own the custody roadmap and execution, prioritizing asset and chain integrations and policy engine capabilities
  • ā—Design end-to-end deposit and withdrawal flows from API contract through wallet operations, signing, broadcast, confirmation, and exception handling
  • ā—Integrate with custody technology partners, signing providers, and node infrastructure vendors
  • ā—Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering to translate product requirements into production-ready systems
  • ā—Develop reconciliation processes and automate exception handling across on-chain activity with operations and finance
  • ā—Ensure custody flows meet regulatory requirements, key management standards, and fraud protections by collaborating with compliance, security, and risk
  • ā—Write technical specifications and internal and client-facing API documentation
  • ā—Analyze on-chain and transaction data to identify optimizations, measure flow performance, and inform product decisions
