Requirements

  • ā—Experience with clearing workflows, collateral management, and trade execution
  • ā—Proven ability to deliver complex financial products in traditional markets or digital assets

Responsibilities

  • ā—Craft and implement a strategic vision for the US derivatives offering focusing on trade lifecycle across FCM, DCM, and DCO
  • ā—Define and monitor product success metrics for regulated futures and options
  • ā—Provide technical feedback on platform development including matching engines and clearing/settlement logic
  • ā—Design regulatory compliant workflows for segregation of customer funds and collateral management
  • ā—Collaborate with engineering, quant, risk, legal, compliance, and operations to ensure scalability and regulatory alignment
  • ā—Integrate financial models for initial margin, variation margin, and stress testing into the product
  • ā—Perform in-depth market analysis of the US derivatives landscape to identify trends and advantages
  • ā—Advocate for exceptional user experience for institutional clients while maintaining necessary regulatory controls
  • ā—Maintain up-to-date understanding of US regulatory requirements affecting digital asset trading
  • ā—Travel domestically and internationally as required
