Requirements
- āBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ā5+ years in product management or related roles within financial services
- āDeep understanding of the full trade lifecycle and technology infrastructure of a US FCM, DCM, or DCO
- āKnowledge of derivatives markets and products including futures and options
- āExperience with clearing workflows, collateral management, and trade execution
- āProven ability to deliver complex financial products in traditional markets or digital assets
- āStrong organizational skills and ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives
- āAdvanced analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to product strategy
- āOutstanding communication skills to convey technical and regulatory concepts to diverse audiences
- āComfortable working in a dynamic environment with frequently changing priorities
Responsibilities
- āCraft and implement a strategic vision for the US derivatives offering focusing on trade lifecycle across FCM, DCM, and DCO
- āDefine and monitor product success metrics for regulated futures and options
- āProvide technical feedback on platform development including matching engines and clearing/settlement logic
- āDesign regulatory compliant workflows for segregation of customer funds and collateral management
- āCollaborate with engineering, quant, risk, legal, compliance, and operations to ensure scalability and regulatory alignment
- āIntegrate financial models for initial margin, variation margin, and stress testing into the product
- āPerform in-depth market analysis of the US derivatives landscape to identify trends and advantages
- āAdvocate for exceptional user experience for institutional clients while maintaining necessary regulatory controls
- āMaintain up-to-date understanding of US regulatory requirements affecting digital asset trading
- āTravel domestically and internationally as required
