Responsibilities

  • ā—Monitor and handle travel rule related transactions using third party and internal systems
  • ā—Ensure transactions meet sender and receiver information requirements per jurisdictional rules
  • ā—Prevent noncompliant transactions until required information is obtained
  • ā—Coordinate periodic account and customer reviews to detect suspicious activity and document investigation steps
  • ā—Identify and escalate issues that impact travel rule compliance
  • ā—Ensure appropriate action is taken on accounts involved in suspicious blockchain activity
  • ā—Support preparation and timely submission of SARs and other required reports
  • ā—Develop and maintain tracking logs and metrics reporting
  • ā—Improve analytical and reporting processes and support a collaborative team environment
  • ā—Coordinate or lead additional assigned compliance activities
