Requirements

●5+ years of experience in software engineering

●Proven experience building and operating large-scale backend systems
●Deep technical problem-solving ability enabling review of any design document
●Familiarity with agentic coding and modern AI-assisted development tools
●Ability to hire, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams
●Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
●Experience with developer platforms including APIs, SDKs, integrations, and observability

Responsibilities

●Own the full engineering roadmap and execution

●Establish platform abstractions and boundaries
●Review and approve engineering design and architecture documents
●Propose product and infrastructure solutions proactively
●Drive end-to-end delivery from design through launch and iteration

●Lead and develop engineers and engineering managers
