Requirements
- ā5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles

- āStrong understanding of distributed systems, reliability, and performance
- āExperience improving developer experience through tooling or platform improvements
- āExperience building tools or workflows that leverage AI/LLMs to automate tasks or augment productivity

Responsibilities
- āDesign, build, and maintain infrastructure that supports the platform
- āDevelop internal tooling and automation to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency
- āImplement infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices to manage systems
- āBuild and maintain observability systems including monitoring, alerting, and dashboards
- āDesign and build AI-powered internal tools and agentic workflows that automate tasks and augment productivity
- āImprove system reliability, performance, and scalability across the platform
- āCollaborate with product engineers on infrastructure design and operational best practices
- āParticipate in incident response and improve operational processes
