About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Current university students and recent graduates

We're looking for a passionate intern to join our Performance Engineering Team and help pioneer the intersection of AI and Performance Engineering. This isn't your typical internship — you'll be at the forefront of applying cutting-edge AI technologies to solve real-world performance challenges in large-scale distributed systems

What You’ll Do

1. Build Your Foundation: Start with hands-on performance testing and tuning tasks, master the fundamentals before innovating

2. AI-Powered Performance Testing: Design and implement intelligent test strategies using LLMs, ML models, and AI agents to automate and enhance performance testing workflows

3. Intelligent Performance Analysis: Build AI-driven tools that can automatically detect anomalies, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights from complex performance data

4. Innovation & Research: Explore and experiment with the latest AI technologies and evaluate their potential in performance engineering

5. Real Impact: Your work will directly influence how we ensure system reliability and performance for millions of users

Must Have

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

2. Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning concepts)

3. Programming experience in Java/Python/Golang

4. Curiosity and passion for exploring new AI technologies

5. Strong problem-solving skills and self-driven attitude

Nice to Have

1. Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot ecosystem

2. Basic understanding of performance testing concepts (load testing, profiling, metrics)
