Responsibilities
- āManage the end-to-end experience and lifecycle of a portfolio of VIP clients

- āAnalyze competitor VIP offerings including fee structures and exclusive services
- āServe as the primary point of contact and advocate for VIP clients

- āDesign implement and refine the VIP tiered service program
