Requirements

- āUnderstanding of RWA lifecycle, custody solutions, multi-signature architectures, and MPC
- āFamiliarity with regulatory requirements for digital securities including KYC/AML triggers on-chain
- āExperience building and managing mission-critical backend ledger/accounting systems
- āExperience with distributed system design and messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka, NATS, ZeroMQ)
- āExpertise in writing highly concurrent, multi-threaded code and optimizing for high-throughput environments
Responsibilities
- āLead development of tokenization products and features
- āPartner with product and program managers to plan and execute the tokenization roadmap
- āTranslate product requirements into technical solutions including smart contract logic and asset lifecycle management
- āCollaborate with other engineering managers to drive the technical roadmap
- āSupport the engineering team to achieve technical excellence in blockchain development and integration
- āManage engineering processes to improve team effectiveness and cross-team interfaces
- āRecruit, coach, and develop engineers specializing in smart contracts and distributed ledger technology
- āEstablish career development plans for engineers in the digital asset space
- āContribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of the management team
- āParticipate in technical, design, and product discussions with cross-functional leaders
- āWork with stakeholders to define the team vision in the tokenization ecosystem
- āOversee project success and achieve measurable results for asset issuance and throughput
- āIntroduce engineering patterns and practices for RWA systems
- āMake regular development contributions to maintain codebase competency
