- āStrong automation skills with Python, Bash, or similar
- āExceptional communication and leadership skills
- āExperience in fintech, digital assets, or regulated industries (nice to have)
- āBackground in red teaming, incident response, or offensive security (nice to have)
- āIndustry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CSSLP, or SABSA (nice to have)
