Requirements
- ā5+ years Customer Success or Technical Account Management in B2B SaaS or fintech; 2+ years in a senior or strategic CSM capacity
- āExperience managing a diversified book of business including enterprise and mid-market accounts through multi-level stakeholder management
- āCrypto native knowledge: deep understanding of blockchain, digital assets, crypto payments; fluent in custody models, DeFi, stablecoins, and cross-chain operations
- āTechnical fluency: high-level understanding of MPC key management, wallet operations, blockchain transactions, DeFi integration, and API flows; hands-on API proficiency is an advantage
- āCommercial mindset: ARR forecasting, churn analysis, strategic account planning, and contract negotiations; comfortable handling pricing, SLAs, and terms
- āBackground at crypto-native companies preferred; early team (#5-50) or founding experience valued
- āEMEA regional experience and regulatory knowledge (MiCA, DORA, UAE/Saudi frameworks) a significant advantage
- āBased in an EMEA timezone; ability to travel ~30%; English fluency
- āSelf-starter, autonomous, with an ownership mentality and exceptional communication skills including C-suite presentations, demos, and QBRs
