Requirements

- āExperience supporting executive communications and thought leadership
- āExperience engaging senior stakeholders such as investors and regulators
- āProven experience managing crisis communications
- āExcellent written and spoken communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Responsibilities
- āDevelop and implement end-to-end communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders
- āCreate and maintain a strong corporate narrative reflecting vision and business direction
- āSupport executive communication by writing speeches, memos, talking points, and thought leadership pieces
- āLead thought leadership initiatives including articles, speaking opportunities, whitepapers, and conferences
- āManage crisis communication plans and ensure clear, timely messaging during sensitive situations
- āAlign messaging and information flow across departments to support transparency and collaboration
- āTailor messaging and content for different stakeholder groups including partners, regulators, and community programs
- āCollaborate with Marketing, PR, HR, Legal, and Product to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging
- āEstablish and maintain communication standards including tone, voice, branding, and templates
- āMeasure communication effectiveness, track stakeholder engagement, and monitor public reputation
- āContinuously improve communication approaches based on feedback, metrics, and business needs
