Requirements
- āBachelor's degree in Finance Economics Business or related field

- āProven track record of building and scaling a brokerage or trading business

Responsibilities
- āManage overall sales strategy and execution for trading solutions with focus on acquiring and retaining enterprise clients
- āIdentify and engage C-suite executives and key decision makers to present and sell trading and tokenization platforms
- āBuild and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction
- āServe as a thought leader on tokenization trading and regulatory trends and use insights to shape product and sales strategy
- āPartner with product engineering and marketing to align client needs with product capabilities and go-to-market efforts
- āOversee lead generation qualification proposal development negotiations and contract closure
- āDevelop and nurture strategic partnerships with financial institutions blockchain platforms exchanges and other stakeholders
- āRepresent the company at industry events conferences and forums
- āLead mentor and grow a high-performing sales team providing coaching training and development
- āEstablish KPIs monitor sales effectiveness analyze trends and report progress to senior leadership
