Requirements

- āStrong creative and editorial judgment for event content, speakers, environment and experience design, with ability to tailor to fintech or financial services leaders
- āExcellent communication and collaboration skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams
- āExperience in fintech, payments, financial services or blockchain is a plus; curiosity and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- āDefine and execute event strategy and roadmap
- āBuild and maintain events portfolio supporting brand relationship and pipeline goals with selection criteria and investment tiers
- āPlan and execute hosted events end-to-end, including VIP dinners, workshops, summits and experiential activations
- āManage production and logistics, including venue sourcing, on-site experience and show flow
- āCollaborate with Product Marketing and Communications to align event content and messaging
- āDevelop measurement frameworks (attendance, engagement, pipeline impact, feedback, NPS) and connect event performance to business outcomes with Sales and RevOps
- āCreate and maintain repeatable operational processes, templates, checklists and debriefs to scale events
