Requirements
- āGenuine experience operating within financial institution regulation KYC/AML frameworks payment licensing environments cross-border compliance obligations or equivalent
- āWorking blockchain fluency with ability to navigate onchain concepts such as key management wallet types transaction flows and smart contracts
- ā5+ years of product management experience with meaningful time spent in a regulated environment fintech payments crypto or adjacent
- āDemonstrated execution ability shipped products end-to-end in a small team and handled documentation QA coordination stakeholder alignment and edge case decisions
- āStrong self-direction identifies what needs to happen scopes it and moves without waiting for a plan
