  • ā—Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and other GTM tools such as HubSpot Unify Clay n8n
  • ā—Strong relational data modeling and schema design skills
  • ā—Proven problem solving and automation experience turning manual processes into scalable workflows
  • ā—Ability to translate non-technical requirements into technical specifications and vice versa

Responsibilities

  • ā—Own the technical roadmap for the GTM tech stack
  • ā—Engineer automated workflows to remove manual bottlenecks across the lead-to-cash lifecycle
  • ā—Design and maintain data pipelines and orchestration between GTM tools
  • ā—Operationalize new product features and pricing within internal systems
  • ā—Build lifecycle infrastructure for lead routing scoring renewals and expansion workflows
  • ā—Administer core GTM platforms manage configuration as code and govern permissions and deployments
  • ā—Develop logic for advanced performance dashboards and translate system data into insights
