Requirements

  • ā—Strong Google Workspace administration experience

  • ā—Scripting and automation skills (Bash Python)

Responsibilities

  • ā—Own Google Workspace administration
  • ā—Manage and improve SSO integrations and troubleshoot authentication issues
  • ā—Implement and maintain SCIM provisioning and automated user lifecycle flows
  • ā—Drive automated joiner mover leaver processes and run periodic access reviews
  • ā—Own Mac fleet management and MDM configuration including zero-touch deployment
  • ā—Manage AWS IAM access and enforce secure access practices
  • ā—Provide L1/L2 IT support and own internal ticket flow and documentation
  • ā—Create and maintain runbooks onboarding guides and offboarding procedures
