Requirements

Responsibilities
- āSupport the payment office and field operations from the head office in Kotu
- āManage supplies and Wave branding materials
- āAssist with interim staff management
- āHandle field staff requests and follow SLAs
- āSupport merchant recruitment and administration per internal policy
- āMaintain merchant contracts and update information across systems
- āDispatch and track stationery merchandising materials and other supplies
- āTrack merchant data gathered by field teams and make outbound survey calls
- āAssist field teams with planning and liaise with other departments
- āRecover Wave documents equipment and branding upon merchant termination
- āPerform other assigned administrative duties
