Requirements
- āBachelor's degree in Business Administration Finance Operations or related field
- ā7+ years of experience in an operations focused role, ideally in early stage ventures and regulated institutions
- ā2+ years' experience as an acting Management Board member for a regulated financial institution in the Netherlands or EU
- āUnderstanding of Dutch and EU regulatory frameworks including governance controls safeguarding and outsourcing requirements
- āAnalytical skills to ascertain insights from large complex data sets
- āExperience driving process improvements and implementing scaled solutions
- āStrategic thinking with enterprise-level orientation and tactical execution ability
- āEffective stakeholder management and communication skills
- āStrong work ethic
- āExperience working with the DNB and/or the AFM is an advantage
