Requirements

- āPrior events agency experience is a plus
- āProven ability to define event objectives aligned with pipeline generation, revenue influence, and brand awareness
- āStrong project management skills and on-site problem-solving capability
- āExperience managing external vendors, contract negotiation, and budget oversight
- āHands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zapier or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms
- āExperience planning and executing webinars and paid media campaigns is a plus
- āWillingness and ability to travel 1ā2 times per month
- āFull professional proficiency in English; Korean and/or Japanese proficiency is a plus
Responsibilities
- āOwn the full lifecycle of events and webinars across APAC
- āPlan, promote, execute, report on, and optimize sponsored and hosted events
- āLead a high volume of primarily in-person events, from roundtables to large conferences
- āIntegrate key marketing initiatives into event programming
- āIdentify and execute strategic co-marketing opportunities
- āScale and optimize event operations by refining workflows and documentation
- āManage external vendors, contracts, and budgets
- āDrive rapid execution from concept to launch and iterate quickly
