Job Description
You are a strategic partner who helps expand distribution through reseller channels. You will identify potential resellers, engage them, and build the partnerships necessary to scale. You will negotiate terms, structure deals, and drive partnership launches. You will collaborate with internal teams across product management, marketing, finance, sales, and legal to enable successful partnerships. You will be accountable for the performance of your partnerships.
Requirements
- ā8+ years of experience in signing launching and growing distribution partnerships with ISO ISV s and VAR s that have resulted in measurable new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- āDeep understanding of the Global Reseller landscape market dynamics and key issues
- āStrong analytical skills with ability to demonstrate return on investment for partner initiatives
- āExcellent project management skills and ability to lead cross functional global initiatives
- āStrategic thinking with ability to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities
- āOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- āBackground in fintech or payments industry
- āMBA or equivalent advanced degree
Responsibilities
- āHunt recruiting resellers and build a scalable reseller channel
- āFocus on driving distribution of products through the Global Reseller Community
- āLead all aspects of deal execution including identifying targets meeting with prospects business case development deal structuring negotiating terms and contracts closing partnerships and launches
- āPartner with internal teams across Product Management Marketing Finance Sales Legal and more
- āBe accountable for the business results of your partnerships
