Requirements

Responsibilities
- āOwn the executive director's agenda and prepare briefings, analyses, pre-read materials, and follow-up actions
- āServe as a proxy for the executive director in internal meetings and cross-functional discussions
- āTrack and drive completion of executive-level priorities and execute strategic objectives
- āTranslate high-level strategy into clear action plans and measurable outcomes
- āDraft internal and external communications on behalf of executive leadership
- āDesign and maintain operating rhythms, planning cycles, project trackers, and executive updates
- āLead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring coordination across departments
- āIdentify organizational gaps, process inefficiencies, and risks, and implement solutions
- āDocument, communicate, and follow through on leadership decisions
- āServe as a central hub for information flow and alignment across teams
- āCultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- āOwn special projects and time-sensitive initiatives that lack a clear functional home
