Crypto Investment Banking Associate

Location: New York, NY

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join a dynamic team focused on the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates with investment banking experience to work closely with senior bankers on high-profile transactions and client engagements in the fast-growing crypto space.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and manage client relationships across crypto and blockchain companies

Build advanced financial models to support transactions and strategic decisions

Conduct client due diligence and market research

Take an active role in structuring, executing, and advising on a wide range of financial transactions, including M&A, capital raises, and strategic financings

Perform valuation analyses and prepare comprehensive client presentations and deliverables

Mentor and support junior team members within the group

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree plus minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking or related roles; OR MBA/graduate degree in finance or a related field

Current or recent experience in an investment banking or equivalent advisory role

Preferred Qualifications:

Outstanding academic record

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling and valuation using Excel or comparable tools

Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments

Demonstrated interest in crypto, blockchain, and financial markets

Series 63 and 79 certifications preferred

This role offers direct exposure to senior bankers and clients, hands-on experience with deal execution, and the chance to be a key contributor in one of the most exciting sectors in finance.
