Requirements
- āJD required with 1-4 years of corporate or transactional experience (firm in-house or legal ops)
- āFluency in venture financings cap tables SAFEs and equity compensation
- āComfortable with spreadsheets APIs and structured data
- āExperience with cap table tools is a major plus
- āMeticulous attention to detail and excellent communication
- āMust be based on the US East Coast and authorized to work in the US (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)
Responsibilities
- āManage onboarding reconciliation and validation of client cap tables
- āTranslate SAFEs stock plans and financing documents into onchain representations
- āEnhance AI engine to parse and structure SAFEs equity grants board resolutions and financing documents into OCF-based data
- āShape and contribute to open-source protocols defining onchain equity representation
- āOperate the cap table engine and collaborate with engineering to automate legal workflows
- āAssist support teams founders investors and outside counsel to ensure legal and technical alignment
