●Well management skills with multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment (start-up or growth business experience preferred)

Responsibilities

●Provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering department
●Oversee outsourced engineering activities and manage third-party providers
●Ensure high-quality deliverables from external partners within budget
●Develop and maintain a comprehensive engineering roadmap aligned with business objectives
●Monitor progress, remove obstacles, and ensure timely delivery of roadmap initiatives
●Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet outcomes and expectations
●Identify opportunities for process optimization, tool enhancements, and technological innovation
●Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive technical vision
●Establish and track key performance indicators to measure engineering effectiveness
●Implement data-driven decision-making and continuously optimize processes and resource allocation
●Ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable engineering solutions
