Requirements

Responsibilities
- āManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for tech and business roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
- āPartner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- āDevelop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing
- āConduct initial candidate assessments for role fit, communication, and cultural alignment
- āCoordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- āManage offer negotiations and closures within defined TATs
- āMaintain accurate data and reports on hiring progress, pipelines, and closures
