We’re looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our HK office and assist with daily office administration. Will support not just China side, can support global team.
What you’ll do
- Support the HK office Leadership team with scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare basic documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with office operations, onboarding support, and expense coordination
- Support meetings, events, and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Support HR work
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, at lease 1 year experience in Admin
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Basic skills in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Applicants must have the right to work in Hong Kong
- No visa sponsorship will be provided
