Job Description
In this role you will own the partnership lifecycle from identifying opportunities to closing agreements and driving live integrations You will work across the digital asset infrastructure landscape with product and engineering to scope joint initiatives and feed partner needs into the roadmap You will build scalable go to market motions and manage ongoing partner relationships
Requirements
- ā7+ years in partnerships business development or ecosystem roles
- āBackground in crypto blockchain infrastructure or digital asset fintech
- āTrack record of closing complex multi stakeholder partnerships end to end
- āExperience strategy development and owning key vertical areas
- āComfortable with technical buyers and cross functional teams
- āStrong relationship management skills
- āExperience working across European and US timezones; based in or able to overlap significantly with Europe
- āSelf starter who can operate with autonomy in a fast moving environment where the playbook is still being written
Responsibilities
- āIdentify, source, and qualify new ecosystem partners across the digital asset infrastructure landscape
- āLead commercial conversations end to end from first contact through signed agreements and live integrations
- āBuild and manage a healthy prioritised pipeline across multiple verticals
- āRepresent the partnership program externally at industry events conferences and partner meetings
- āOwn ongoing relationships with active partners including quarterly check ins expansion conversations and integration deepening
- āIdentify co development opportunities within existing partnerships
- āWork with product and engineering to scope joint initiatives and ensure partner needs are fed back into the roadmap
- āBuild joint GTM motions with key partners including co marketing and co selling and bundled offerings
- āOwn specific verticals within the ecosystem such as custody exchanges and payments develop the strategy for each and execute against it
- āTrack and report on partnership performance including pipeline coverage integrations live and partner sourced revenue
- āBuild enablement resources and integration playbooks that make partnerships repeatable and scalable
- āWork cross functionally to align internal teams around partnership priorities and timelines
- āPartner closely with the BD and institutional sales team to create coordinated outreach
- āCollaborate with product on integration requirements and technical feasibility
