Responsibilities
- āDefine and execute the product roadmap for stablecoin and RWA tokenization products
- āTranslate business requirements into technical specifications for blockchain and smart contract development
- āDesign and deliver token issuance, redemption, and reserve management systems with engineering
- āOversee and manage oracle integrations and proof-of-reserve and transparency dashboards
- āCollaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment
- āLead end-to-end product lifecycle including testing, audits support, and incident response
