Requirements

Responsibilities

  • ā—Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Procurement to review contractual edits and negotiate deals
  • ā—Draft and negotiate NDAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements
  • ā—Provide product counseling and conduct risk assessments for new features and marketing materials
  • ā—Support rollout and improvement of contract lifecycle management including templates, workflows, and training materials
  • ā—Monitor and respond to day-to-day legal inquiries and handle ad hoc legal projects
  • ā—Advise on regulatory, data privacy, and cybersecurity matters including GDPR, GLBA, and CCPA/CPRA
