Requirements
- āProven experience managing US benefits programs including renewals and open enrollment within a multinational company or through a brokerage
- āStrong background in benefits design vendor management and market benchmarking
- āDeep knowledge of self-funded and level-funded healthcare plans including administration and compliance
- āExperience managing 401(k) plans including compliance testing (ADP/ACP) and vendor selection
- āExperience managing international benefits programs across EMEA LATAM or APAC
- āStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- āSelf-starter with a builder mindset capable of operating independently and managing complex projects
