Requirements
- ā2+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics
- āExperience as an analyst in FinTech, Financial Services, Crypto, or Payments
- āExperience in crypto, digital assets, or Web3
- āUnderstanding of financial products: payments, lending, crypto-assets, brokerage
- āStrong SQL skills
- āPractical experience with Python (pandas, numpy, visualization libraries)
- āProficiency with BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI
- āAbility to work with large datasets, clean data, and identify statistical patterns
- āExperience with customer segmentation and lifecycle analytics (LTV, churn, retention)
- āUnderstanding of marketing and sales performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion metrics)

Responsibilities
- āAnalyze financial data including revenue streams, cost structures, margins, and unit economics
