Requirements

- āExperience with FBAR and Forms 8865, 5471, 8858, and 1118
- āStrong analytical and tax research capabilities
- āProven ability to operate independently and own complex workstreams
- āExceptional communication skills for simplifying complex tax concepts for non-tax stakeholders
- āExperience managing multiple projects and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
- āExperience coordinating external tax advisors and managing deliverables and budgets
- āBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred
- āPreferred: blockchain or crypto industry experience
- āPreferred: experience in startup or high-growth environments and prior tax audit or controversy experience
