Requirements
- ā4+ years of experience in AML compliance roles within large financial institutions
- āThorough understanding of financial crime compliance functions including risk assessments, KYC, transaction monitoring, and sanctions
- āExperience advising stakeholders on interpreting and meeting regulatory obligations
- āWorking knowledge of regulatory frameworks in APAC, US, and/or EMEA
- āExperience supporting or leading engagements with financial institutions, regulators, or government bodies
- āPractical and scalable approach to compliance
- āExcellent communication skills and sound judgment; able to operate autonomously and influence senior external stakeholders
- āHighly collaborative team orientation
- āFluency in another language is a plus
- āWillingness to travel
